Food was amazing! Funny story though; we asked our waitress how the Carolina Reaper wings were. Like wondering if they were really spicy or not. She was like hmm I’m not sure I’ll have to ask. We decided to just order them anyway because we like spice, but WOW! We were in shock at how spicy they were. Absolutely delicious but I have never had something so spicy. My mouth was on fire, nose running, and my eyes were watering. We ended up googling the Carolina reaper and turns out it has the Guinness world record for hottest pepper. Literally just can’t believe that she had no idea that they would even be spicy. I made sure to tell her when she came to the table that they are indeed very very spicy. Not upset at all had a great experience just thought that was hilarious. Luckily we like spice hopefully next time she will remember they’re spicy.

We stopped here after riding the canal bike trail, looking for good cold refreshments and lunch. The beer selection had a nice variety and the mixed drink section had some creative concoctions. They had a contactless menu too. I ordered an It’s 5 o-clock somewhere and it was excellent, it had a nice tropical refreshing taste and I’ve not had something quite like that before. For food we got the burgers, the Brewer’s burger was great and the pickled onions on the burger really stood out and gave it a nice flavor profile. The tater tots were definitely housemade, light and crispy. The onion petals were also tempting and sure to be good with the fry batter they use. Plenty of shaded seating too in a nice clean walk way off the main road!

Had a terrific lunch today at Davidson’s. The service was impeccable. They were very accommodating to our dog providing water and treats. Will definitely go back. Thank you for the great experience.
