Not Happy. I took 3 vacuums for the $5 cleaning. I should have known that was too good to be true. I WAS given a deal for getting all 3 vacuums cleaned and also decided to have them tuned as well. After getting the vaccumms back it looked as if the $5 cleaning was the only thing done. The filters were changed but I could have ordered that on Amazon. The vacuum tube and other places on the machine were clearly still visibly dirty. I could have taken the time to clean it better myself. One of the vacuums I took for my mom to be cleaned and was going to surprise her for her birthday this month. She was not happy either when she saw the machine and said she will be calling the store to talk to the manager about it. I feel I did not get the service which I paid for.

I was lied to that my Riccar vacuum does not come with warranty just because I got it as a gift and it was not purchased at this store. Even though Riccar had them on their website as a location I can take my vacuum to get maintenanced. Called Riccar and they clarified that it does come included. Called Evans Vacuum and they where more than happy to help me. If you would like to take advantage of your warranty in the future when you purchase a high dollar vacuum don’t purchase here.
