We made an appointment, came into store and was not acknowledged until I asked for assistance after being in store for about 10 minutes. I assumed having an appointment we would have someone assisting us….The only assistance we received is when I asked for her to check for a certain size in a particular dress for us. We were shopping for prom for my oldest daughter and I kind of hoped they would have made it a bit more special and paid some type of attention to her seeing how we had a 30 minute appointment. Maybe my expectations were to high…but when spending over $200 in a location you’d think they’d be a bit more helpful and accommodating.

I went here a few days ago to get my prom dress and Emmy was so kind and helpful. I rarely wear dresses so I wasn’t sure what size or style I would like and she was able to assure me there will be something for me there.She brought me a few dresses I liked in different sizes and I tried them on until we found a size that finally fit me. She really helped with my confidence as well. I was a bit embarrassed and shy when I first tried on some of the dresses, but she made me feel very comfortable and also offered her opinions which really helped me chose the perfect dress in the end.
