Excellent… BUT very unorganized and called me several times after my wedding to see if they were shipping my dress which I had already picked up. Also was over charged for my dress, it wasn’t until I seen the tag on my dress that it was cheaper than what I paid. Safe to say they refunded the difference right away. Clean location somewhat friendly staff. I found the perfect wedding dress which is all that matters.

Hannah from the alterations department is a delight to work with. She made us feel very welcomed, and made our experience a very pleasant one. She worked diligently to get us the best price & alteration!Her manager, on the other hand, who didn’t even bother to introduce herself to us, scolded her employee right when we were working with her, all about something that definitely could have waited until Hannah was not with clients.A+++ to Hannah, management could use some work though.

I had a great experience here at David’s Bridal in Yonkers! I came in to find my prom dress and the team did a wonderful job helping me with everything I needed. I usually have a very hard time finding dresses I like, but between all the options in the store I was able to find my perfect dress. One of the team members Tarra helped me find everything I needed. She pulled multiple options and helped me every step of the way until I found my perfect dress. Overall I’m very happy with my experience and definitely recommend others to come.
