I received exceptional service here from a few employees! They were all great! Even on Christmas eve! The atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Even the security guard was helpful and brought a stool for my purse so I didn’t have to put it on the floor! I mean, c’mon. From the other reviews, maybe it use to be different, but the service is superb now. Would definitely come back to this store. Thank you for .making my dreams come true! #HamptonBlueChatelaine!

Was laughed at by the lady when walking in the store. Like really ? From a seasonal help employee making 25 bucks a hour looking me up and down. Didn’t realize this when I asked about a online sale I thought I saw. We went to Gucci and bought a $2200 hand bag afterwards lol! Seriously , like the other review said , unprofessional at best. Plenty of other name brands that sell $300 sterling silver bracelets.
