My fiancé was referred to David K. Jewelers by a trusted friend, and we’re so glad for this referral. David is gold-standard as far as customer service goes. He’s friendly and accommodating, easy to work with, and clearly a pro at what he does. My fiancé was able to design a custom engagement ring with David, and it’s David’s expertise that helped my fiancé bring his ideas to fruition. Just nailed it. While the design is perfect, my ring was too small. I felt very comfortable (even during COVID) when we went to get my ring fitted and resized. After the first time I resized my ring, I wore it for a couple months before going back to do another quarter size larger. And David’s demeanor never made me feel like it wasn’t okay to go back to him again and again to get the size that’s perfect for my finger. David has been nothing but a pure delight to have as a jeweler to help us with getting my engagement ring just right. We are absolutely going back to David for our wedding bands. And importantly, it is worth noting that the prices are better than reasonable and the quality is outstanding, top tier.
