Had an absolutely great experience there! The Sales Person Matthew was very helpful, really took his time explaining everything about each bike I was curious about. They allowed me to test ride the bikes to see what felt right and even adjusted the seat to accommodate my height. The store was nice and clean and I walked away feeling like my decision was the best one. 5/5 would recommend!

The sales help was wonderful (able to answer all my questions), and helped me pick a fun ride that will suit my needs. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase extras. They have a space in the back I was able to try out different units to see which worked best for me.

Since I was far from home, I went to the closest bike shop in the area to fix my bike that got messed up while I was riding it. Charlie looked at my bike right away and explained to me that the issue was with the derailleur. Unfortunately, they did not have the part needed for my bike but I was provided with information on where to get it from. Roberto was able to provide a temporary fix for me to at least get home. Even though the shop was busy, I truly appreciate the fact that they were able to help me. Great customer service here!
