Kind of not satisfied with my experience here at Daniel’s Jewelers in Fontana. My first purchase experience was okay made payments paid it off early second purchase was a full paid in full purchase and I was promised two free gifts not one but two by the salesperson who seemed a little anxious. She was happy to help me and say yes to every question I had and promised me to forgives which one of was a completely different color and the other one wasn’t the gift at all. Kind of misleading but the manager did replace it with another gift and did her best to satisfy me as a customer. Not sure if I’ll be returning to this location it is kind of far from where I live anyways. Thank you again

It has been awhile since I went to Daniel’s Jewelers because I haven’t needed anything in particular. I always go to the one in Fontana on Valley Boulevard because I’ve always received great service there. I called on a Sat evening inquiring about a piece of jewelry I was interested in that I found on their website. Jumana answered the phone and looked up the sku number. They did not have it in stock, but she would get it from another store and have it for me on Sunday. I received her call on Sunday and went to the store to get a better look at the jewelry. I was more than pleased at not only the item I had chosen, but the wonderful customer service Jumana offered. She made this an awesome experience and I appreciate it very much.

Anna made my entire day! She offered me free earrings if I would run a quick credit check with her. I did… and guess what!!! I was APPROVED! Now I have a great Christmas gift to give my daughter and I’m gonna start building my credit back!!!! Yesssssssss… second chances are real!!
