My boyfriend bought me a Disney bracelet from there three weeks ago, not even a week later the chain broke so my boyfriend returned it and they told him they would order a new one and it would be ready to pick up the following Friday. Went in on Friday and the bracelet still hadn’t arrived. Waited a week later to the following Friday and the bracelet is still not there! The customer service is rediculous. Totally unprofessional, the girls giggle the whole time. Will not be buying anything else from Daniels.

Everytime I take my rings to get polished, cleaned, or take the scratches away, they are always returned with a new water-color mark and when i take them back it takes another 12 days to get them back and the lady there always says that she can’t see the defect left by the jeweler. Very unprofessional.
