I love this store and the customer service is unbeatable. I called the store on my way to a birthday party (of course I was running way late!), explained what I was looking for, and arrived about 1 minute before they closed. The ladies had everything ready when I walked in (a bracelet and a selection of charms that I had described). I chose the charm I wanted, paid, and was out the door in less than 3 minutes. They even had all the gift packaging ready to go. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but their inventory is high quality and unique. I love the Brighton line of jewelry and can always find something I love.

I purchased a pair of Brighton earrings and found one of them to be defective in my opinion as the post wiggles and feels loose. I took them back and the SUPPOSEDLY sent them back to Brighton for an exchange or repair, I received the same one back! I highly doubt they were sent back.
