Asked about new product. Manager was short with me. Walked away as I was asking questions. I could tell he did not want to talk to me. Try not to go there. But not very many wholesale title businesses in Waco. It’s my last choose.

They have nice tile but I had a horrible experience with their customer service. I was in the process of selecting tile for my house and hired a contractor to place the tile. My contractor told me to go and pick out the tile I wished to have placed. When I arrived at Daltile, some young man came out and said he couldn’t even talk to me because I am not a contacter. He had an extremely rude attitude about it seemed. I was just asking what the prices were for the tile I wanted to purchase there. Once I knew what I wanted, I was going to let my contractor know and he was going to place the order. I felt as if my business was not even wanted there. I walked out in total shock to how disrespected I was in there.
