Jimbo is not only a great mechanic, but also provides great customer service. He ALWAYS calls me to relay the status of repairs, provides updates as needed, and gets my machine back to me as quickly as possible. His Mom at the Service Desk is also very helpful. It is very nice to do business at a place that still values Customer Service. I will always buy my toys from Dale’s because of these two employees.

I can not say enough about the wonderful experience my husband & I had with Stephen as our sales guy and Brian going over everything with us to the end!
