The employees are so helpful and friendly. I like that they themselves own what they are selling and are very honest with their reviews. The wood watches are beautiful and they don’t break the bank. When we need watches repair they are so quick and inexpensive. They also helped us find the right place to repair my dad’s antique watch. They were honest about them not being able to do it due to it being an antique and recommended another company to do it that specializes in those so as not to get it damaged. We appreciate that.

So yesterday I would’ve given a 3. The woman working was repairing a watch but I stood there for about 45minutes seeking acknowledgment but she had her headphones in and was oblivious. When she did see me she did great except she forgot to put the pins back in the watch wrist band. I go in today there’s a gentleman working and HE WAS AWESOME. Knowledgeable and caring. Will be buying a new watch from them soon.

Sure wish you would reopen and/or leave a message on your phone with information on when you MAY be reopening. I’ve done business with Dakota Watch in Buffalo before then here in the Rochester area since moving. Unfortunately the stores in the Rochester area are permanently closed. It’s a fairly long drive to Buffalo and I do not want to make the trip if your are actually closed. HELP.
