I love their steak finger basket if the gravy is thick and not runny. Ok so they were out of gravy. I should have left. So they said they would put barbecue sauce and ranch instead. Brought it out. I got home. No sauce. No ranch. The toast was old and dry. They didn’t answer the phone when I called. 2 stars just because they are friendly when serving.

Ordered through the drive through and the gal got it wrong, so we parked and I went in. The gentlemen working there replaced my blizzard with no hesitation. This gave me a chance to see the restaurant inside, and it was by far one of the nicest Dairy Queens I have been in. Very modern looking and clean. The Blizzard was a Oreo CheeseQuake and the cheesecake tasted fresh and made the blizzard that much more enjoyable. Usually the ones I get have the cheesecake old and not that great. Will definitely make this a favorite Dairy Queen!

Waited 50 mins just to end up having to get a refund!!! We were traveling through and went through the drive through, placed our order and ended up waiting about 25 mins outside before going inside. She first told me the other half of my order was being cooked now, 15 mins later I’m told they are down to 1 fryer and are finishing it up now. Another 15 mins passed and I thought the lady was about to carry my order out but when I stopped her she asked what my order was, I told her and she said tickets got mixed up and they don’t have it ready. She then asked if I wanted a refund or wanted to wait for it! JUST traveling through from Lubbock to San Antonio, had waited 50 mins already! Got a refund and went somewhere else. Poor management and no heads up on the wait when I ordered! I wasn’t the only one either. Many people got refunds and some even left without their food.
