Do yourself a favor, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Absolutely horrible service, the women at the drive through was down right rude. What do you want your orders gonna take forever cause all yalls ice cream automatically closed windows. Then we could clear as day see the mishaps in their kitchen. It’s not bad that accidents happen in kitchens, it’s an everyday occurrence, but they just looked plain lost. Running back and forth picking up ice cream off the floor with rags instead of mopping. I kinda guessed how our blizzards would look coming out, I was prepared, but my God was it even worse. There was ice cream dripping all over the cups and box, NO LIDS, they were melted, and they all had wide open gaps in the middle of the cups. They DO NOT know how to blend their treats. Go to the one in Mesquite, you’ll save yourself the stress. I feel bad for the employees.

This DQ is not new, but we have never been there that it wasn’t clean. Every employee was working hard when we were there and all were friendly. Our food was so hot when they brought it to us that i burned my mouth when i bit into my fish (which was really good).There is a closer DQ to us but i would rate it 1 star because service is so bad … we always drive a little further and to another city to come to this one. We hadn’t been here since COVID hit … felt good to return!!(All employees wore masks and gloves. Most customers also wore masks. They are very COVID-cautious
