The customer service here is surprisingly impressive. Both times I’ve placed an order over the phone for pick up the orders were perfect, the employees were kind and timing was exactly stated and delivered. I don’t eat treats often but when I do, this place has kept me very happy.

Went on Sunday ordered my items at 7:27pm and received only my food part of my order and asked how much longer for my drinks and were informed that someone would be out right now with them. Come 20-30 minutes later no drinks so I had to go and ask with my receipt where my drinks were and was told that they called my name and was a lie because I and my two friends were waiting. They took my receipt and didn’t return it because they realized that they made a mistake of either giving away my drinks to someone else. Never again if I could I’d leave no stars .

I think ice cream cakes are even better than the ones at Baskin-Robbins and you get about twice the ice cream cake for the money and ice ice cream cake about 14 in across in about 4 in thick is about 32 bucks also the blizzards are very very good service is very good the Personnel are very friendly
