This location doesn’t have the greatest parking, nor the easiest access to a cramped drive through off a very busy street. But what it does have, which is apparent from the long line of cars that are here almost every night, are EXCELLENT employees who are friendly, who work fast to get the line moving and who never look tired despite the hundreds of cars they probably service in a day. I drive all the way from Elk Grove just for this location because the service is great and treats are always made right.

I’ve been coming to the Dairy Queen in Douglas Boulevard since I was a child. The ice cream here is delicious they make great Ice cream cakes to perfect for birthday parties. To go along with the ice cream they serve delicious hamburgers chicken strips and have economic meal deals. Next time you’re looking for good soft serve ice cream and choose Dairy Queen on Douglas Boulevard.

So glad that we got to walk-in and dine-in at DQ. The staff are so friendly and helpful with our orders and let us know we can sit inside or outside. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and my husband ordered his 1/2 lb burger. Mine came with onion rings it’s so crunchy and delicious. We wore our face mask and kept social distancing as required when we approached the counter. We enjoyed our visit yesterday. Thank you DQ for opening up the restaurant for the public!
