Why am I not surprised this company isn’t listed on Yelp? My boyfriend and I initially spent roughly $20k with a representative named Candace that was quite helpful and easy to work with. Not too long after we were upsizing homes and went back to sadly discover Candace was no longer with the company but still proceeded to spend another $10k. It wasn’t long after that we had the misfortune of realizing we were getting a completely different shopping experience. Within a week, one of the legs from a patio table snapped off. They informed us we had a replacement part on the way but it never came. To our surprised they also never offered to replace the table which was very cheap quality so it was befuddling to rationalize how you’d risk losing a returning customer over a table that probably cost them $300. We also purchased automatic blinds and it was nearly impossible to get someone to come out for an installation. My boyfriend went into the store to hunt down the owner, BOB, for scheduling and he had zero empathy and treated my boyfriend as if he was doing him a disservice. It took a year between the time of purchase to receive an installation and after waiting a year, they managed to do it incorrectly. Oh, and there’s more. Our bed was also improperly installed and we knew there was little chance of ever getting that issue resolved and we were right. Lastly, I can’t forget to mention our marble table and they forgot to send to us due to an invoice error… we had to remind him we paid for it. The whole place is just completely disorganized. This has been, by far, the worst experience I’ve had considering the dollar amount and the copious amount of time wasted. Coming from someone who has moved 20+ times you can imagine the amount of furniture and moving companies that I’ve had to deal with over the years and this one wins the incompetency trophy. It’s not a surprise to me that Candace is no longer with the company and I don’t see this company lasting much longer. If you still decided to enter this store after reading this, may the odds be ever in your favor.

Friendly staff and creative merchandising. They sold me a pair of beautiful chairs and they’re helping me with updating my living room. Bob, Brian and Jim have been wonderful to work with. As an art historian and creative director, I appreciate Bob and Brian’s expertise and professionalism as they understand high level design, architecture and art from a creative and holistic perspective. They also are community oriented and have a passion for supporting our city.

Staff are so amazing and superb. There’s such a finely honed collection of styles you connot.go.wrong…. period. . It’s as if they are curators of a furniture museum just A++
