I drive about 60 miles, round trip- to and from work each day. I have used D & F in the past for general maintenance, but on this particular day I was in need of a mechanic immediately. Without hesitation, they told me to bring my car in for the repair immediately.I have dealt with many mechanics in the past, and D & F didn’t seem irritated to squeeze me in and even took the time to explain to me what I needed to do in the future- which I was not used to!As long as I’m working in Dunkirk, NY- they will always have my business. They made a very stressful day much better!Thank you for your outstanding customer service and prompt repairs, D & F! It is much, much appreciated!
