Please save yourself a MASSIVE headache and steer very clear of this place. Have been in multiple times and have only been charged extraordinarily high prices and had my own equipment broken. I worked at a shop in another state for years, so I understand how much things should cost. For your own good… stay away.

I laughed out loud when I saw the owner say they go out of there way to help Clarkson’s mtb team. This is my 4th year in the club and that statement is about as far from the truth as a statement can be (free service? ….don’t lie to yourself). The owner bent and ruined Adams $1100 frame and was unprofessional and rude when dealing with the problem. After the police were called to have him removed from the store (he left by himself) Adam explained to them what happened and he left with the new frame after they talked with the owner. If the owner was professional in anyway, like any other bike shop would have been, this could have all been avoided. When he responds to this review saying I never came to the store, that’s false as I’ve purchased items there before and was there that day.
