Jennifer in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me with getting my prescriptions filled by daily (several times within each day!) checking my insurance availability after my job transition. Once she was able to get it through she called and let me know that it went through and she could fill my prescriptions. I was extremely pleased! It is so nice to see and experience customer service like this. I am so happy to let everyone know that Jennifer is kind and willing to assist you with anything. This also was not the 1st time she has helped me but this time was beyond what I is usually expected of customer service. Thank you!

By far the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Using Caremark I’ve been using CVS Pharmacy’s for the past 20 years in 3 different states. The Pharmacist and her staff are not only very knowledgeable and efficient they are a model for what true customer service should be.A note to the CVS/Caremark leadership. You should take whatever they are doing there and bottle it then send out to your entire network. They are that good.
