I’ve been coming to this location almost every other week for over 2 years. It’s generally okay. The pharmacist treat me well and the only problems are due to communication with my doctors, which you can’t blame on the pharmacist. My only issue is it’s a bit slow given the short staffing. They’re generally really busy and make do, but CVS needs to hire another person to help. If you live near downtown sunnyvale this is a great place and you get to target shop all in one.

They accepted my valid US passport as ID for picking up a prescription, then insisted they couldn’t take the passport for buying Sudafed. The pharmacist made it work, and the system barred me from buying Sudafed because it thinks I’ve bought it recently. Haven’t bought it in a year.So either they’re idiots or extremely sophisticated drug kingpins pretending to be idiots. There have been other issues with them, but getting treated like a junkie really takes the cake.

Avoid this place at all cost! This place is a total mess and the staff are really incompetent; their attitudes are not bad though I have to admit. I have been there three times to pick up prescriptions so far (not to mention the times when they had to ask me to come back in an hour, because the pharmacist needs to talk to me before issuing the drug but the pharmacist on duty is busy). Each experience was worse than another. The first time the prescription was nowhere to be found and they had to prepare it again, and it took half an hour!! The second time the wrong drug was given!!! Imagine that…. The third time the wrong quantity was given (I got a 30 day prescription but was only given 7). Also, each visit was half an hour minimum. Speechless.
