Either understaffed or poorly managed, hard to tell which. Your prescription will be ready in 15 minutes means wait here an hour and a half and then we’ll tell you it’s not ready yet. Then you get a message saying it’s ready, only to return and find it’s not. In total you return 4 times over a 4 hour period, waiting in line each time. Just to collect a prescription.
