Was sent to this pharmacy by my doctor on a Sunday evening because it’s a 24hr pharmacy. There was only 1 line for both pick up and drop off. The line went down the store. There was 1 Pharmacist and 2 pharmacy techs, but only 1 of the pharmacy techs was helping customers. I waited in line for 40 minutes and never even got to the counter to drop off my prescriptions. I overheard the pharmacy tech tell a customer it was at least an hour wait. This is flu season for crying out loud! If this pharmacy is going to be the designated 24 hour pharmacy in the AV, then they need to have more staff members working. People don’t just get sick between the hours of 9-5 and it’s flu season, so of course there is going to be a need for people needing prescriptions, and sick people can’t stand there for 3 hours waiting for their medicine. Like I said I waited 40 minutes in line before I gave up and just went home. I never even made it to the counter to drop off my prescriptions. Had I waited longer, I would have had to wait at least an hour after dropping off my prescriptions and then another hour in line again to pick it up. Absolutely Rediculous!
