Context: This location is directly across the street from my home. My Doctor’s office is 18 miles away from my home.I brought my prescription in to drop-off one evening. They stated that they had everything in stock, but had to speak with the Physician for verification, which is totally fine. Since it was 7P (evening), they stated come back tomorrow after they verified, and I could fill my prescription. I returned the next morning only for a different Pharmacist to be there and tell me they’d not be filling my prescription because this Pharmacy location is too far (literally 18 miles) away from my Dr’s office?!?! I’ve never heard of such a rule ever.. 1/5 Stars, wouldn’t recommend this Pharmacy.

Crystal is probably the most rude and condescending pharmacist I’ve ever met in my life. I came to pick up a prescription and simply asked if they carry any probiotics over the counter because my Doctor said they may. She laughed at me and said, “No. How would your doctor know what we carry?” Every other question I had came back with a snippy remark. It’s too bad because she really ruined this pharmacy for me now, all the techs are always so nice I hope she doesn’t rub off on them with her nasty attitude.
