I wanted to take the time to write this review because of my great experience at this CVS location.I was previously a client at the CVS just down the street, and I left there because of poor customer service. I almost left CVS completely, yet I’m glad I didn’t because I absolutely love the Oceanside target location. In particular, Tiffany is in exceptional pharmacist; her staff reflects the way Tiffany runs her team. Let’s face it CVS is a big corporation, yet Tiffany’s team makes you feel like you’re in a neighborhood pharmacy. CVS should put together a training program based on the way Tiffany runs her location!

Bravo Tiffany! Tiffany is the managing pharmacist. When my husband picked up my medication she informed him that the doctor had prescribed the wrong anabiotic for my serious infection. She faxed the doctor immediately, then called him the next day to make sure he got the message. She called me each of the next two days to see how I was. Remarkably great service! Thank you Tiffany.

I’ve been here a handful of times, the Pharmacists care and show concern and are more than willing to answer any questions. They also help with any issues regarding prescriptions, medications, insurance coverage, or recommendations for OTCs. My daughter’s doctor forgot to prescribe a spacer for her medication and they made sure to mention it to me, reached out to the doctor, and gave me recommendations as to what to do to get it filled ASAP. Plus, while everything was sorted out, she went through my insurance to figure out which spacer would be covered and fit my daughter based on her age. Such a great pharmacy.
