I ordered a photo of my mother, who recently passed away. I received an email stating that my photo was ready. Then we received phone calls letting us know that it was ready. When we went there today to pick it up, an elderly gentleman finally showed up, and I asked for the photo. The one he showed me was, I believe, a 4 × 6, and the top of my mother’s head was chopped off. This photo was printed in landscape, when it was obviously meant to be printed in portrait. The photo he showed me wasn’t even in an envelope!
