Random automated calls and haven’t used them in YEARS! no one there knows what’s wrong. Have been told that my number was removed from system yet calls persist. Very annoying and disrespectful

Both myself and my husband have used this pharmacy several times in the last year and each time, it gets worse and worse. Not to mention the employees that work there are always rude and really don’t seem to know what they’re doing, including the pharmacist and manager. Oh, and don’t ask them their hours of operation because we were told they close at 8 on Sunday and I would have my meds filled by 645 and neither of those things were accurate. They’ve failed to find perscriptions that were sent by doctors because they forgot to check the drop box or voicemail. Among other things to screw up at a pharmacy, those were the most inconvenient and irritating. I’m glad these weren’t life sustaining medications although they’re important antibiotics and steroids that were needed ASAP. That didn’t matter to them. Save your time, sanity, and money and go somewhere else. I know we will. I hear Athens pharmacy is pretty good.
