I’ve seen the recent reviews and not that I am in validating peoples opinions and thoughts but I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience with this pharmacy and store in general. I was even able to fill the prescription urgently and they were more than willing to override the original date for the fill so I appreciated that. Otherwise, pretty standard pharmacy situation and set up and it definitely doesn’t hurt that both the store and pharmacy or 24 hours.

Target pharmacy used to provide great service before CVS took over. Now dealing with this pharmacy is a nightmare. I was told today that my script was ready; however, when I went to pick it up they couldn’t find it. The male pharmacist working there around 3:45pm (August 6, 2020)had a short temper and kept arguing with me that my doctor never sent the script. I called the doctor and they confirmed that the prescription was sent to them. Then he asked for help from the lady pharmacist, who took less than 30 seconds to locate the two prescriptions. CVS needs to hire and train its staff. I hope CVS management will see this and know who was working at this location and can train this employee.

The pharmacist has no customer service concept. She is abusive on the phone. She filled incorrect prescription and then defends her action. Extremely poor communication skills. CVS should look into their hiring. I will not recommend this to anyone.
