I have literally been on hold for the pharmacy for 25 minutes just waiting for them to pick up – and I’m still on hold. And this was AFTER GETTING A BUSY SIGNAL FIRST!!! This is completely unacceptable. What kind of company keeps people on hold any more or makes them get a busy signal???If you’re understaffed then hire more help.
