Employees stocking around the store were friendly, but this store always seems low/out of stock on ad items. Also, some of the cashiers could use some basic coupon/customer service training. The cashier got very indignant with me about a couple coupons. I used 2 identical coupons as stated on the coupon itself and he kept repeating to me that it says “ one coupon per purchase” when I explained that it means I need one coupon per item purchased and showed him where it states “limit 2 coupons per household per day” he kept repeating his initial phrase. Rather than helping me figure out that it was beeping because I had grabbed 2 different products (because the product for the coupon only had one in stock and so I grabbed a more expensive product), he just kept with his same comment and got rude about it. I voided the transaction and took my coupons to another store that was in stock with the product and had no problems scanning my coupons so I ended up paying less! I will not shop at this CVS anymore. It’s also more expensive on same items as other stores in the area. There are other shopping options in our area.
