Scheduled an appointment for the Pfizer vaccine on 4/23/21. The person working at the check-in station near the entrance of the store did not know what they were doing. I don’t think this was a CVS employee. She seemed like a volunteer. It took over 5 minutes to check in the person before us then another 5 minutes to check me in. All you had to do was check our IDs and name. Not sure why this women was so slow…. She then handed us a blank vaccination card and told us to check in at the pharmacy. When we checked in at the pharmacy counter the employee there scolded the person working at the check-in station for handing me a blank card. She had to fill out my information on the card. After that I was directed to the area to receive the vaccine. There was no privacy whatsoever. There was a small curtain that only blocked off the view to your right but someone could still peak over to look at you. If you are waiting to receive the vaccine you stand in line behind this curtain. Other than that everyone from all the other angles can see you. You would think there would be a cubicle installed at the store to maintain patient privacy but they don’t care. I suggest going to other CVS locations where the staff holds the minimal standards.

And they don’t tell you that it’s incomplete.My stomach specialist Dr. Issued me 4 different medications but I just got 2 out of 4.Then I got call from my Dr. Office about my health and medications, after that call I understood that the Dr. Issued 4 medications not 2.Very bad they just destroyed my entire one month dose
