One of the worst pharmacies imaginable. Supposed to be a pharmacy store but they have just ONE single person in charge of both drive-thru and a bunch of in store customers. Line and wait time is unbearable. If it wasn’t for my insurance I wouldn’t set foot in this garbage dump of a pharmacy or grocery store for that matters. By the way this hasn’t been a single instance this store runs like every single time that I visited them both in drive-thru and in store.

I have been waiting for over an hour for a covid testing. When I asked the pharmacy personnel what was going on, they first pointed a finger at a customer and said that “she has been having insurance issues, so she is delaying things” (I thought this was very inappropriate), and then they told me they were having computer issues and that I could come back later (which is clearly not the best option if I am wondering if I have covid). I told them that I had an appointment an hour ago and that I was going to miss my first Mother’s Day brunch and they shrugged their shoulders. Worst customer experience ever!
