Tonight I called at 7 45 to see if an rx would be ready tomorrow. Whoever answered the call was very rude and told me I needed to talk to the pharmacist and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Someone else picked the phone up and asked me what I needed only to tell me the pharmacist was very busy and couldn’t take the call. No one needs to be treated this way.

There is a kind man with an afro who works in the pharmacy. He is the only reason I choose to use this pharmacy because the other counter staff dosent smile and cuts you off in the middle of a sentence. Super rude.They dont seem to care at all. But this man is genuinely kind. He remembers me when I come in and no matter how long the line is he is kind to everyone. Hes AWESOME!

The pharmacy is slow and rude. I went to drop off a common prescription, after waiting fifteen minutes for them to even help me, and they said it would take six hours to fill. What exactly are you doing behind that counter?
