Got a prescription filled without insurance to cover it, and the pharmacy staff went out of their way to find a discount card to make it so much more affordable. Prescription was filled quickly, and at a great price.

Terrible customer service. I called for my prescription refill that I used to pick up at Montana. Since I’m in California now, I tried to contact the nearest CVS last Monday. After listening the hold music for 4-hours, a lady came on the phone and confirmed the prescription order. She said I’ll receive the confirmation call soon. It’s Thursday now – no calls, no texts, no prescription, absolutely no response. The medicine I’m supposed to have once a day, I haven’t had in 4-days. Ridiculously awful!This is the fourth time I’m having difficulty while waiting in the line because the staff is extremely slow. And finally I was called 35-minutes later but I was informed that there’s no prescription and it’s probably cancelled. So I was asked to wait again. This is ridiculous and I’d make sure not to order my next prescription here!

Has consistently had poor service and is always hard to work with. CVS as a whole has poor business practices and refuse to modernize to improve while simplify their process. Will also call you repeatedly then claim that it’s no one’s responsibility when your given endless numbers to call to cancel their service
