We went online to book a COVID-19 test. We were there 5 minutes early. First, they did not explain that the test is a drive thru. While we waited in the car behind 6 cars, it took 15 minutes for each car to process the test, at least for the first three cars in front of us. It appears that we will be here for over an hour. Very poorly managed by CVS.

That store is my local CVS. Very close to home. They have everything we need. I appreciate their bucks back program and store coupons. The pharmacy staff members are very helpful, efficient and professional.
