Whike waiting in line to pick up a prescription I witneseed an employee being extremely ruDE to an elderly gentleman then when it was my turn I caught the fact that they didn’t fill my prescription correctly. While I waited for the tech to correct it I watched who I assume was another pharmacy tech filling pill bottles with bare hands. No gloves…I’m not sure if this is how it’s always done it just didn’t sit well with me. Once the tech corrected my prescription I was told to come back in 20 minutes because the pharmacist was at lunch and she had to change it on the computer. This was my first time at this cvs (I am visiting from out of town). Overall I would say not a good experience for me

Heather the pharmacy tech has customer service and interpersonal skills the rest of the staff could learn from. Even when she is busy she doesn’t act condescending and rude. The male pharmacist who took my call one day needs a long vacation away from people.
