Spent 2 hours on hold with the bayfarm cvs from 515pm-715pm on a Wednesday night. I called the other location in alameda on oak street and they instantly answered and helped me with everything I needed. Do not waste your time, energy, or money at the bayfarm cvs, they wont even pick up the phone out of courtesy to let you know It might be busy and to please hold a little longer. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. I’ll never order my prescriptions here ever again.
