I am a first time customer, my Physician phoned in an RX for me today 6/2/21 at noon today.It is 2pm and I am trying to find our when my RX will be ready. I phoned the correct number the same one I gave the doctor. They put me on hold for the pharmacy, and I waited over 30 minutes with the music playing and occasional phone ringing to be stopped and back to music for 30 minutes, How can I get a phone number that someone answers? I am leaving Walgreens because of terrible service. Are all Pharmacy’s this way??? I have gone online and signed up to register online, filled out all the questions and tried to copy the back of my Drivers license said twice it did not work. All my filled in information is lost and I will have to put it in again. Short of driving to the store and going in and asking how am I going to find out if you even have filled the RX my DR called in??? I am 82 years old and have been disabled for 33 years.what does someone have to do to get a much needed RX. I went with you because you say you deliver and I am only 1.4 miles from the store. This is ridiculous, give me some help!!!

Excellent customer service by Daniel. I have cancer and was unsure what products was recommending for radiation. I gave Daniel the list and he immediately found them. He is a very empathetic and kind man. I will always go to CVS on El Monte!

wow, some pretty harsh reviews. This is my neighborhood CVS, and they are fine. No issue with pharmacy or staff. Staff actually very nice.
