FREE FLU SHOT AND TEMPERATURE CHECK while my prescription meds were ready on time (as usual). The technician who processed my prescription and administered my flu shot extremely friendly, professional and expeditious. And since covid started the pharmacy drive-thru window has always been open and readily available.

Came here for Covid-19 test drive through pharmacy.1. Unresponsive window. After waiting for 15 minutes someone came.2. Middle of screening for the test they changed person.3. Took my insurance card and disappeared for another 20 minutes (we are now 40 minutes).4. Apparently, even though I signed up for no insurance they want insurance to pay for this.5. 1 hour later I self admolinistered my Covid-19. This could have taken 5 minutes.After my previous Covid test experience, less than 10 minutes in and out at the other drive through Covid test downtown, I’d say CVS which is tied to Aetna makes me want to change my already unhappy Aetna experience to another provider.Incompetent is an understatement. Have no idea what this test will cost me. CVS and Aetna nickle and dime. They also have the worst vision benefits even at the elite PPO level.

I wish there was a NO STAR rating. Be sure to prepare for a return trip (or two, or three) before you finally receive your undiscounted prescription. Chances are, despite the long wait and numerous trips back, you’re still going to get your prescriptions filled incorrectly. Customers should charge them for bus fare cost or extra gas spent returning to get your orders correctly filled. Your customers don’t have the time to waste having their orders filled correctly. That means you, Daly City branch.
