#1 they don’t care if they provide the worse customer service. #2- they told me that my medication was going to be ready in 15 min , I went back 20 min later and they told me that they run out of the medication and to go back the next day after 5 pm . I called he next day first to check if they had the medication and they told me that because it was weekend I needed to wait till Monday. I explained to cvs that I went to the md on Friday because I needed the medication for the weekend and cvs could of tell me on Friday that it was not gonna be ready until Monday instead of. Giving false hope . Cvs stated -“oh I apologize “ and hung up. They don’t care at all. They are very rude when answering to any question.
