We had planned on moving all our prescriptions here as it’s close to home. I had a small item to return that II had purchased at CVS in Clovis, so I decided to take it here for a return/exchange. There were 3 employees in the front entrance area. I got no hello, no smiles, no nothing. I returned the item and it was the same way….no smile, no thank you, no nothing. I was polite and even tried to make small-talk to be friendly. No response at all. I then familiarized myself with the store and made a small $5 purchase before leaving., AGAIN, no smile, no response to small-talk, absolutely nothing. The young lady was just oblivious as how to be polite and make the customer feel welcome. There were no other customers waiting at any of the checkouts, so it was not busy at all. No excuse for treating customers in this manner. We just may not move our prescriptions to CVS after all….Rite Aid at least has polite employees.

It’s nice to have a drive-through for your pharmacy, but after years of having all of my prescriptions filled here the pharmacist refused to fill an emergency medication for me… everything moved to Costco and their customer service at Costco is amazing compared to CVS night and day!!! So happy I left this place
