As soon at I enter the store I’m immediately uncomfortable. Maybe the pharmacy manager has been working there too long? Some team building or some sort of therapeutic retreat would create some much needed levity. It feels very Chauvinistic. If I could use that as non-binary. Avert your eyes children, this is what a toxic workplace looks like.

Not the first bad experience, but for sure the last. Location was convenient to me, but they consistently lose prescriptions, send to the wrong location, and then SPAM notices for old prescriptions…This time, they even ran the dentist calling in to follow up in circles, made them leave a voicemail while I was standing around waiting on location because of their loss. Email from dentist attached… terrible service, but at least consistently terrible.Never again, last time.

So I’m only rating low due to my experience during the day. The night staff is amazing and so much more helpful. There’s a manager there I believe I finally met a few weeks ago while working on a job as a vender. Little does he know I’m actually a local customer. I say nightly staff if better because that’s usually when I come in… this guy was a tall white male with brown hair. He was very short with me while I was working as a vender also later in as a customer .. I’ve Had better experiences with other supervisors and cashiers than him he literally walks away while trying to talk to him and is very rude to I only come closer during to closing when I believe the staff is much more helpful.. customer service wise he is the worst manager there is. I believe his name starts with an S not sure what it was sadly. But do not recommend asking his help or for his mediation when there is conflict with a purchase.
