The following what I emailed to the customer care department at CVS. A response with 2 phone numbers, reference number and a tracking number for my email. When calling the phone numbers, no one was able to do anything with the reference number, the one person who did was a rude as can be. The quality of the of canvas was horrible the back panel wasn’t even properly attached to the back of the canvas properly. The picture is of my mother in law who passed a week ago. The quality of the print looked like it was low on ink, When my wife tried to inquire about the print quality , she was told its because our file was not a good resolution, which was another lie as well.I placed an order with store #08862, a 24hour CVS to have a same day 16×20 canvas print done along with 4×6 prints. I received a confirmation email at 10:04 pm stating the following, We have received your Same Day Pick Up order and are processing it now. You will receive a separate email when it is ready for pick up. Your estimated pickup time is 03:00 AM Tue Dec 15, 2020. I contacted the store just before 3:00am. the 1st person said it’s not ready and will not be until after 10:am. When I asked for the reason why another person who claimed she was in charge gave an excuse that the system is being updated( which always occurs daily at 12am and tonight has been updating for almost 3 hours) the canvas printing has not begun. I questioned why an eta would be given when during the time a company updates their system and if that’s the case why wasn’t i contacted via email or phone. The response was We don’t do that . Another excuse, I have been contacted in the past from that location due to material not in stock which would delay my order, instead I was given other product options or to wait for the material to be in stock. At that point everything I was being told made no sense. I was told to call in the morning and speak to the store manager, when asked what time do they come in , the response was I can’t tell you that, which would mean that customers would be wasting their time calling to speak to management throughout the day hoping that they are working their shift. Then I requested for the name and contact of a Branch or Regional manager, again given a response of I can’t give that out. When responding to her stating that the CVS site states that it’s posted on the wall at their stores , I was put on hold only to have her come back on the line and give me the name of Nila Patel and still I am not allowed to obtain a method of contact. Being fed up with excuses and refused to be provided with a method of contact for management I requested to have the order canceled and my credit card refunded at once. Of course she said she will cancel it but cant give me a refund, because it’s online and I have to call a number to have my refund processed and declined to do . Which makes no sense since before asking for cancelation, I wanted to know what will be done as a gesture of good will for the lack of communication and delay, and was told when I pick up the order later in the morning they can give a discount. Interesting response since they can not refund me but yet can discount . I have never been given such ridiculous excuses by a business ,especially one as large as CVS.The reason I chose CVS and store 08862 was the time frame to have the order completed. The canvas print is a picture of my mother in law who passed away Saturday. This is the main picture that was going to be placed by her casket. It is now past 6:00am and no update on my order. Still shows in process and status is creating order. Who knows when and if this will be completed. Cant speak with management since I was denied their information. There were other options to have this picture printed on canvas and have it by 8 this morning of course with additional fees which would have been the better way to go since having this experience with CVS. At this point CVS took my money, I need some update ASAP on what is going on with my order.

This CVS on Brookhurst in Garden Grove is about 3 miles further than the CVS stores near to where I live but I chose to go there. The store personnel from the front cashier to the pharmacy and pharmacists are so nice and very helpful! The store is clean and always well stocked. I discovered this location when the CVS stores near me didn’t have a prescription in stock but this one did. Recently I needed an over the counter medication and found it at this store but not the n stock at others. And – it is so convenient that they are open 24 hours! I recommend this store as a first choice – start here and you won’t need to go elsewhere.
