After a virtual visit with Doctor, he called in 2 prescriptions for my father When I arrived to pick upThe Rx,I was shocked to hear that do not accept Tricare… I asked them if I could get them to contact Walmart ro transfer the script over they said no, they have to call us. Then I said ok whats the Cash cost? She said too late I already declined the transaction. I will never buy another item from CVS no matter how many coupons they want to print out and never obtain or suggest an rx from CVS. They were rude and not even patient enough for me to have the cash option. Not to mention the biggest and most insulting issue.. they DO NOT Accept TRICARE.So our veterans do not have their RXs covered at CVS? And if you don’t speak up quick enough they completely delete the transaction. There is no excuse.. its absolutely insulting they rushed me out of there, didn’t give me time to tell them I would pay cash, And wouldn’t even call Walmart for me to transfer the script… Walmart gladly called CVS They were kind and caring and they take care of the Veterans!! Go to Walmart!!

This CVS is one of the smaller ones. It’s not a 24-hour CVS. I only came here for my COVID-19 vaccines as CVS was not offering me any at a location closer to my home in SOUTH Santa Ana. So I traipsed all the way up here after work TWICE to get my Moderna. The bike rack is of an UNreliable design because it’s designed to lock bikes with standard-width tires by the wheel. I have an electric bike with fat tires, so unfortunately I gotta lock up on the end the best I can.I do hope the homeless hanging around the shopping center where this CVS is either get help or get lost. I was uncomfortable in the parking lot here. Fortunately I have the option not to return after 4/23/2021.
