Worse customer serviceWorse customer service. on this location 17625 Harvard AveI am complaining about this CVS manager. I am a CVS customer for more than ten years.For the last four months, I want to purchase my supplies from this location. The manager is unhelpful, insufficient knowledge, and rude. And I end up to go the other CVS Location, the same problem with pharmacy. They even want to answer your questions.I don’t understand base on what they choose the manager!!!For sure, I am not wasting my time on CVS anymore.

Amazing customer service from Jon Hicks – I had heard getting baby passport photos could be a lot of trouble, but we went in to get some photos of my 5mo old and Jon was incredible! He was so helpful and sweet helping get everything just right and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend you come here if you need passport photos for your little one.
