The 12 years I’ve been living here in Riverside, I knew this CVS existed..& I even pass it all the time on my way home( especially the past 5 years)… however, I became an OFFICIAL FAN of THIS CVS’s pharmacy MANAGER & PHARMACY, on 11/13/20! The Lincoln Ave CVS pharmacy Mngr, makes all that comes w/ picking up my daughter’s RXs that much less daunting!I’m going to come right out & be blunt w/ the next topic…. If you’ve commented AND complained about wait-times, I understand we ALL DONT LIKE WAITING, HOWEVER .. that is EVERY PHARMACY!!! RITE-AID, WALMART, WALGREENS,..ETC..CVS is being hit double time w/ flu vax & COVID-19 TESTING ( WALGREENS isn’t Covid TESTING !I ASK WALGREENS, what’s THEIR excuse for all the mistakes ➕ delays LATELY?.. I’m angry w/their MISTAKE(1) costing me $$!!, I suggest they add more staff , Walgreens!.mistake (2)that made me go without my medicine last summer, beca pharmacist ignored INSURANCE & MY PHYSICIAN! Since WHEN? CVS follows laws too! They FOLLOW THEM AND THEY DONT CHARGE CASH, to-insured patients ( just to make a buck). They do the work, & had Walgreens done so LAST YEAR, my insurance would have covered that Rx I NEEDED,& I wouldn’t have been lied to by some new-hire ( whose not there anymore), & told I had to pay because insurance won’t cover generic. On a Friday after insurance was closed for patient contact, there’s nothing WORSE.Point being , pharmacies WILL BE BUSY! MORE SO, w/Covid-19 tests, flu shots , & if they lack great Pharmacists, then it’s a recipe for chaos ..To CVS,you have the most amazing Pharmacy managers , I know I can trust all my meds to my preferred CVS location 9803 & this location always has my daughter’s best interest, on their minds & hears!
