I went in and I bought a nail file, CVS brand. When I got home opening it took five minutes was incredibly frustrating and ended up breaking the nail file in the process. I thought I’d call and give some feedback. I called and none of my presses would get through so it kept talking to me and asking me to make selections but not accepting them. I noticed on my receipt I had an opportunity to do a survey. I went to the survey website which required a 16 digit survey code but my receipt has a 17 digit code on it and that didn’t work. I called back and the phone tree didn’t work again. What does it look like when somebody is pretending to want feedback but actually actively thwarting it? When the phone tree finally did work for me, I was on hold for so long that I just Hung up. I was still feeling pretty positive after the nail file broke. Then angry and then I realized in order not to be frustrated I just have to lower my expectations. Done.

Was here for my annual flu shot. No greeting when I walked into the store and it looked pretty devoid of customers too.Saw quite a bit of Halloween decorations though. The folks at the Pharmacy greeted me promptly and administered the flu vaccine expertly.The technicians in the pharmacy turned out to be the only thing that was worthy and solid in customer service. As for the rest of the store’s employees negative, zilch, nada!Most likely, I will not be using this particular CVS again due to the fact that I have witnessed how they really run the establishment overall.
