I had a covid appointment #469588 scheduled today, June 7th at 5:20pm. I arrived on time and was in line for 35 minutes in the drive they covid testing lane. When I arrived to counter the pharmacy tech told me the Nurse Practitioner that was scheduled for my appointment went home for the day and left at 5pm.I advised her I had an appointment at 5:20pm. She said she couldn’t give me the covid test. I was very disappointed, that I was not notified and advised of this, very inconvenient. Very poor customer care and concern, lack of accountability from this nurse practitioner and CVS pharmacy.

If you are of color please avoid this place at all cost. Manager or whoever he is white guy in his lates 40s or 50s very disrespectful first I was told I couldn’t stand next to my mother for the Covid vaccine even though I explained she would get very nervous and her body temperature would begin to drop. Then another employee allows me to stand next to her and I record her getting the vaccine like I did the first time and he begins to tell me I can’t record so I stop and as I walk away to wait for my mother he mugs me so I call him out and mugging me and he proceeds to kick me out the store very disrespectful and terribly ran store
