Filling a life sustaining prescription here will kill you. My husband’s heart pill was on auto refill, tried to pick it up 7 days later and they were just getting around to getting the pre authorization that the insurance company now needs. Their computer system told us it was being filled, but when I went down to get it the person couldn’t bother to come to the window and went on and on with information I had, I was going by their system…if you can’t be bothered with customer service, at least have a computer system that works.

I needed to transfer a prescription to this CVS location. It would not let me do it online, so I had to call them. I was on hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up. I’ll try another CVS location and hope for the best!
